Welcome to my Michigan elder law blog. My name is Jerry Bartholomew and I am an elder law attorney in Michigan. I am providing this site as a new resource for Michigan seniors and their families, as well as for other professionals who are looking for information to help the elderly. My hope is to provide information on the legal landscape for seniors, as well as to provide resources on housing, health, caregiving, disability, grandparenting, long-distance family relationships, senior finances, and more.
